

1kg beef cut into thin strips
2 cups of red wine
1/2 kg. of mushrooms (finely sliced)
2 bunches of spring onions (finally chopped)
butter
500mls of cream
1 bunch of parsley
salt and pepper to taste
lemon juice to taste
marinate beef in red wine
remove meat from marinade and dry
melt butter in pot and seal meat
remove meat
reduce marinade
add spring onions and sauté
add mushrooms and seasoning (salt and pepper)
add meat and cream
reduce to thicken
add lemon juice and serve garnished with chopped parsley
